Terms and Conditions
Pricing: All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms: 1% 10, net 30 days.
F.O.B.: Shipping Point, prepaid and added or collect.
Shipping: Shipments will be made via UPS, Federal Express, or other available carrier specified by the customer. We are not responsible for shipping charges, damage, or delays encountered during transportation.
Returns: Prior approval must be obtained. Upon receipt, returned parts will be inspected and a credit will be issued to the customer’s account, less a 15% restocking charge. Unless defective, custom and made-to-order components are not returnable.
Warranty: Due to the wide variety of applications and possible uses by our customers, no warranties are expressed or implied. Regal liability for items sold hereunder shall be limited solely to the repair or replacement of the items sold hereunder.
